DO NOT take this medication if you are allergic to tadalafil.
Avoid combining Generic Sublingual Cialis Pro with other medications based on nitrate, e.g. those prescribed for heart disorders and/or chest pain (Nitro Dur, Nitrostat, etc.), and isosorbide mononitrate. Consult your medical specialist prior to taking the medication.
Do not take the medication if any of the following conditions apply to you: taking a nitrate based medication in any form; a major liver or kidney disease; inherited sight problems such as retinitis pigmentosa; advised against sexual intercourse because of health problems; a recent history of heart attacks (past 3 months) or strokes or failures (past 6 months); unusually low or high blood pressure; taking a PDE5 inhibitor (sildenafil or vardenafil) or another tadalafil-based medication; using recreational drugs e.g. “poppers” or other nitrate-based medications.
Avoid combining Generic Sublingual Cialis Pro with alcohol as it may increase the risk of side effects. Consult your doctor before combining Generic Sublingual Cialis Pro with other ED treatments. Do not take up any activity that requires utmost concentration if the effect of the medication on your body is yet unknown. - Drug interactions
Notify your doctor of all other medications you are taking before using Generic Sublingual Cialis Pro, especially: rifabutin (Mycobutin), rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane, Rifater, Rifamate), or rifapentine (Priftin); antifungal medication such as itraconazole (Sporanox), ketoconazole (Nizoral), miconazole (Oravig), or voriconazole (Vfend); antibiotics such as clarithromycin (Biaxin), erythromycin (E.E.S., EryPed, Ery-Tab, Erythrocin, Pediazole), or telithromycin (Ketek); antidepressants such as nefazodone; barbiturates such as phenobarbital (Solfoton); heart or blood pressure medications such as diltiazem (Cardizem, Dilacor, Tiazac), nicardipine (Cardene), quinidine (Quin-G), or verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin, Verelan); HIV or AIDS medications such as darunavir (Prezista), efavirenz (Sustiva), etravirine (Intelence), nevirapine (Viramune), fosamprenavir (Lexiva), indinavir (Crixivan), ritonavir (Norvir, Kaletra), and others; high blood pressure or a prostate disorder medications, such as alfuzosin (Uroxatral), doxazosin (Cardura), prazosin (Minipress), terazosin (Hytrin), or tamsulosin (Flomax); seizure medications such as carbamazepine (Carbatrol, Equetro, Tegretol), phenytoin (Dilantin), and others.
Other medications may interact with Generic Sublingual Cialis Pro as well. - Missed dose
Generic Sublingual Cialis Pro is not taken according to a schedule. However, if you are taking tadalafil regularly and missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the dose you have missed.
